Customer data & information is not shared with any other entity. Should customer not wish to provide credit card information via gateway, customer may opt out & place order by calling Lil’ Flickers directly at 956-459-6154. Order cancellations at the request of the customer must be submitted in written format via email or fax at 956-761-1538. However, an order cancelled after packing but before UPS pick up, customer may be subject to a 15% restock fee.
Refund / Return / Cancellation
All sales are final, no returns accepted unless damaged to shipping or defective candle. Should your order arrive damaged due to shipping, you must keep the original carton for inspection by UPS. All claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. Photos supporting claim may be required. Because Lil’ Flickers candles are hand crafted, there will be some variations in color as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects. Once claim is approved by Lil’ Flickers, a replacement may be sent or credit card refunded.
All credit card information is transmitted via a secured gateway site provided by Heartland Payment Systems.Information is limited to authorized personnel. Once payment has been processed, credit card information is purged

Lil’ Flickers ships via UPS ground within 1-10 business days of receipt of order.. We regret we do not ship via regular US mail.
